Rates that you can afford
RATES? We don't need no stinkin' rates! My passion is making your music sound its best, with 25 years experience to back it up. You pay what you can afford. Being mindful that this is a business and not a charity, if you're honest and feel good about it, then I feel good about it too.
We'll even master the first song free to make sure you're satisfied!
Suggested rates as a guideline: $30/hr typical, flat project rates negotiable. Time-wise, you can usually plan on up to an hour to record each instrument for a song, and 1-3 hours to mix and master a song, depending on complexity. Most bands come away very satisfied between $100-200 per song, and solo artists usually about half that, or even less for multiple songs or whole albums. So come on in, it won't hurt!
